Max Construction and Engineering Co. (MaxCEC) is a private design-build company established in 2007, based in Afghanistan. The company is registered in accordance with the requirements of the Private Investment Law of Afghanistan with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA). The company’s leadership is aiming to actively take part in reconstruction and development of the Afghan physical infrastructure and human capital. The company is committed to providing the best value proposition to its clients, expanding labor market skill sets and opportunities, enabling knowledge transfer, and development of the Afghan economic independence.
