Max Construction and Engineering Co. (MaxCEC) is a private design-build company established in 2007, based in Afghanistan. The company is registered in accordance with the requirements of the Private Investment Law of Afghanistan with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA). The company’s leadership is aiming to actively take part in reconstruction and development of the Afghan physical infrastructure and human capital. The company is committed to providing the best value proposition to its clients, expanding labor market skill sets and opportunities, enabling knowledge transfer, and development of the Afghan economic independence. The story behind our success is formed around customer-focused and driven service delivery system and utilizing local support and human power; understanding the worksite conditions and challenges; leveraging internal strengths while constantly enabling skill enrichment of our teams and company; and comprehensive planning and cost-effective design and execution from concept stage to final delivery of projects. Our broad based design-build and construction service array include design and construction of buildings for military and civil use, roads and bridges, airports, sanitary sewer and other underground utilities, power systems, force protection walls, etc. Workplace safety and continuous skill development and training are the primary drivers that assure both project execution and continued success. Our team understands that construction is a high hazard industry which engages construction workers in many activities that may expose them to serious hazards. Our safety and improvement measures are living, active, and evolving processes scaled to the emerging requirements of our own continued growth and development. Our construction safety knowledge and methods are based on the globally recognized safety and health requirements of OSHA standards.
